Creating support resources in tandem with a brand new software is integral to user adoption, utilization success and retention. 1.0 has a lot of areas that provide videos, PDFs and website links to provide the user with the ability to learn how to perform a task at hand. Most of the support offered currently speaks to "What" the feature is and not "How" to utilize it.
