Information About Cognitive Assessment Notifications

Please add information to the Stakeholder information in the Assessment Link area about Stakeholders only receiving BA notifications and not CA notifications...unless this functionality will be added. Right now, the information about Assessment Link Stakeholders does not indicate this so it reads like Stakeholders will receive CA notifications as well.
