  Several clients in PI2 have requested the ability to pull a report that includes all data on their candidates per job (name, email address, reference profile, match score, etc.) All of this is currently available in Legacy PI via the Download CSV button, but this does not currently exist in PI2. One client provided this as reasoning:
  
  "Reporting definitely helps with a business case to show an ROI on investment. We’re trying to show a couple of things. That the score on the PI correlates with tenure and whether or not the target seems to be accurate. We need to show at least a 1% decrease in turnover to meet the ROI."

  TO be candid.....without this feature I must reconsider sticking to PI. I export job candidates 3-4 times per week into a excel spreadsheet where we add candidate notes and interview notes and HR scoring.
  
  This is critical for our process. It makes no sense to me why it was taken away, it was always a front page process until now.

  PI is a "People Data" platform. Access to the data is vital component of making good on that value proposition.

  Particularly for larger PI users, it's useful for the Behavioral and cognitive fit scores to be included in the download data. This is useful for several reasons, particularly when analyzing performance data alongside job fit, which helps with ROI and refining job targets.

  This HAS to be a capability, especially for larger clients. There will be no other way for us to conduct largeROI studies and prove the worth of this type product without a mass export.

  Our Leaders expect weekly updates on overall assessment census and monthly rollups of ROI data, both necessitate the ability to pull our a CSV of our data on a regular basis.

  We used to be able to download a CSV file of all candidates that took the assessment into one file and see information such as Name, profile type, when they took it, etc. We need this ability to come back. It was a good resource to dig into the data without having to manually go into each candidates profile.

  Ideally allow to get a CSV on people for their PI BA - possibly be able to sort by Employee, Candidate, and even Manager name.

  The ability to export candidate data from within a job to a CSV was released in October 2025. The attached screenshot shows where this action can be taken within the job.
