Bulk mark as hired
Especially for upgraded clients who have been forced to do some data clean up to access reports, being able to bulk "mark as hired" and bulk "move to job" and other bulk actions.

MegganClients who migrated from Legacy are also hitting unnecessary friction when marking hires in PI2, especially when the person is not associated with a Job Target.
To associate a person with a Job Target: about 5 clicks to find the person and type the Job Target, or use Add Candidate to the Job Target. Please note that bulk “Add to a job” is not functioning in PI2.
To mark that same person as hired: about 4 additional clicks, including typing the name in search and adding a new email address.
That is roughly 9 to 10 steps per person update. For a client updating 50 - 100 people at once, that is about 50 - 100 minutes of repetitive admin for a single batch.
If I were in the client’s shoes, I wouldn’t see any value in this repetitive task. It doesn’t help me run my business, hire smarter, or get people productive faster. It’s busywork and pure overhead. -

Joan MarshallJust has another client recently "upgrade" to PI 2 who is forced to go through hundreds of "candidate" profiles and mark them as hired individually. They are extremely unhappy with the problems they have had with PI2.
It was so simple in Legacy to click on a list of people and change their status to employee. We need to think about how these changes in PI 2 have made it much more difficult to manage and maintain data for our clients. -

Teri KinsellaI am shocked this has not been fixed yet. One of my biggest clients is upgrading this week and the lack of this functionality is going to make them very upset. Please, please prioritize this!
