Folder Management

When you are cleaning up folders and selecting several people to be moved from one "type" to the other or to a job target or another folder, when you make the move (and hit submit) and go back to the original screen it keeps you on the selected page (with the check marks still populated) and if you don't refresh your screen it keeps those initial people selected and will move them again or delete them by accident
