Change default filter for job match from ascending to descending

When wanting to sort multiple candidates for a job, it would save time and make more sense for the filter to show candidates with the best match score first (i.e. those with 10s, 9s, 8s, etc.). Currently when we sort candidates by filter, the system returns an ascending list, starting with those candidates who score 1 upwards. We have to click the filter a second time to access a descending list. Given we're advocating prioritising strong matches for the job, showing the least suitable candidates first seems at odds with our goal.
