2.0 Custom Questions on Interview Guide at Job Level vs Candidate

Currently, in 2.0, you can add Custom Questions to the Interview Builder. However, they seem to be saved only for one candidate. It would be nice to be able to add custom questions at the Job level so that clients have a single source for all their interview questions.

Would be great at a Company level as well to incorporate "Cultural Fit" questions.
