Adjusting the verbiage in reports for High B when the A is lower
Reports for profiles with High B should not blanketly state "gregarious and outgoing". When a High B (especially B>A) also has a High C (Comfortable WITH THE FAMILIAR) or a HIGH D (cautious), they are oftentimes NOT "Extraverted" and certainly not "gregarious and outgoing" (until they are comfortable with the crowd). B>A profiles can be more reserved around audiences they do not know or when speaking on topics where they are not familiar or not an expert (or if the topic has not been cross-checked). They are concerned about saying the wrong thing, sharing something that may be rejected by the crowd or be wrong, causing problems for others due to their concern over how they are viewed. A B>A high with a low D or Low C certainly may come across gregarious and outgoing, but not always the case with High B and Low A. Here is where factor combinations play such a pivotal role! If we need a blanketed statement, "open and people-focused" is more broadly true than "gregarious and outgoing."

Bill BarkerMelanie sums it quite well. Factor combinations always provide much better insight than individual factors.
