Linking an Employee AND a candidate to a Job Target

Many clients provide the BA to Employees, and list them as "employees" when sending them the assessment. If they want to compare that employee to a job target created possibly AFTER the employee took the BA, there is no way to compare that employee to the job target. This is a key factor in selling hire. There should be a way to link employees to the job target and not ONLY those categorized as candidates.

This functionality was actually released last week! We added changes to make it more clear on how to "search for" and/or add an existing employee to a job.
