Cognitive Migration
Cognitive Targets need to be able to be migrated to PI2 accounts. We have clients that we set a job target and cognitive target for within out Legacy account. They loved it and purchased Hire 2. The migration of the BA's was terrible, it is still not fixed, but I am told that cognitive assessments cannot be migrated at all. This doesn't make sense.

Alison Grizzle100%... when this is not migrated and they are considering succession planning, this is a critical piece of data when understanding "other job matches"... my clients don't need to see someone is a maverick and miss that the person has a 200 cognitive when being considered for a high-level, strategic leadership position with a 320 target.... I know that sometimes people say "well, if they have moved up organizationally one should know how quickly the person learns new and complex ideas".... I will say that many people in organizations have "failed up" and not having this data leads to uninformed decisions
