Lines/Space for answers on Interview Builder/Guide

In learning how some clients use the interview guide, I am hearing it would be beneficial to keep the lines/spaces under the questions so that a recruiter/hiring manager can input answers. Whether this is within the software or on the report (or both), removing this feature means they have to take notes separately from the guide which is not providing as much value in using the guide.
