We would like to see the Full PI pattern for candidates on their profile without having to download the Behavioral report.

The self-concept IS critical in the hiring process! It shows adaptations a person may be making that could fit the profile. It speaks to awareness of necessary shifts if they are currently in the same role. If someone's self doesn't fit and they are in the same job I am hiring them for AND their self-concept doesn't shift to fit either, it lends to a different line of questioning. It also goes back to the incredible importance of the M score. Although I know we can't use it in hiring, if someone was turning themselves inside out and the M dropped by half, it told a story. It isn't about "making a hiring decision with M" or self-concept, but it does add data points to lead questioning! -

Joe Kirschbaum AdminHi Matt - thanks for the suggestion. Can you provide a bit more clarity on this request? Are you referring to the Self-Concept? If so, we do not include Self-Concept in the software because our science team does not recommend users using Self Concept for hiring decisions. The Self Pattern and how it compares to the job target should be utilized in the decision making. If you are referring to something other than the Self-Concept it would be helpful to understand the request in greater detail.

MattWe're looking to see the "self" pattern and the descriptions in one place. This currently only exists when downloading the full Behavioral report.
We see the "self" pattern on a quick view of the candidate and then we see separately the worded description upon clicking on the candidate. You can see both when there is a job target assigned but when there is no job target assigned you can not see the descriptors and pattern in one place. Example attached below.
