Remove "Assessment Admin PI & Pro" from User Role choices

This is an old designation that essentially equates to Power User. Admins accidentally select this instead of Account Admin.

Yes, please! The user levels are not clear and I have had clients select this option - Admins accidentally select this instead of Account Admin.
