It would be helpful to see what candidate's specific sigmas are to understand how close or far they are from the targeted range

Completely agree. It is crucial for the leadership team to consider coaching conversations as well.

We need a fifth of a standard deviation or smaller factor data plots. Otherwise, very different graphs look almost identical. We are putting people in too many boxes with less information, inhibiting consultants’ ability to articulate the nuances. Our clients do not want watered down PI— easy is not better.
