Hire 2.0 - Word Count for Job Ad Optimizer

Currently, the Job Ad Optimizer for Hire 2.0 requires at least a minimum of 100 words. Including a word count helps the user see if their current job description (whether it is copied/pasted or created as new) meets the requirement of the 100 word count. Users will not be able to continue with the "Analyze" portion without meeting this mark.
