2.0 modules don't work together

It seems that the modules in 2.0 are not interactive - they seem to work completely independently of each other. How do you add an employee or candidate to a team without inviting them to that module (this is not necessary), how do you see a job that an employee is linked with in Inspire etc. Is there a plan for a better link and ability to see data across modules if a user has access to more than one?

I understand you want the value metrics independent, but when clients truly embrace TO, and they have Hire, Inspire, and Design, they may want to see how two different candidates might impact the team. That can be part of the decision-making process for a high-impact Hire.
