We cannot download the CA in 2.0. Can you add access to download that report? -

Pernille Flensted-JensenWe also need a lot more information (in the shape of a report) than just the score, such as the raw scores, the percentile and a brief explanation of what the CA measures, in order to have some 'talking points' and also to have something to hand out in those cases where that is required.

Jodie Cunningham MergedPlease make cog visible in Inspire - when it comes to coaching, it can tell us a lot about performance issues and training approaches.

Tycelia "Ty" Codner MergedPrior to hiring candidates, we share assessments with other leaders. The cognitive assessment does not offer a downloadable version for sharing assessments. Being told to create a screenshot is does not offer a professional and polished method of sharing these results.

Cindy MoranWe've received two requests from clients for cognitive reports. These are past users who purchased new and expected to be able to pull reports.

Sheena BurtOur clients appreciate having cognitive assessments on both candidates AND existing employees. Being completely unable to view Cognitive results in Inspire (without moving an existing employee into Hire) is very limiting and causes huge headaches for our clients. They are using this information to help coach and train their employees and better equip managers with how they can best support them when learning new tasks and processes. The cognitive results are not being used in the hiring process only by our clients. They are referencing these throughout the entire employee lifecycle and they should have access to this report above and beyond hire only.

Alison GrizzleWhen someone complains that there was a "glitch" or the test timed out before time, it is critical to be able to see how many questions they answered to help validate the story. Also, I have clients that include the cognitive report for the interviewing team, they don't feel as if they should have to screenshot the score page.

Shelly NixonPlease add back the ability to see cognitive assessment reports for current employees. There are legitimate reasons for having this data for current employees, without using it for employee development. For example, a client has 5 employees in the role of Sales Director. Three are succeeding and two are struggling. Could it be related to the cognitive target? Is it set too low? Without seeing the data, we can't tell. This is just one example.

Joe Kirschbaum AdminWe have released the ability for a cognitive report to be downloaded (as shown in the screenshot here). There is a mixture of feedback within this request, some related to the cognitive report itself (which is done) and some related to the need for non-candidates to have the cognitive assessment administered. In an effort to keep the Hire Feature Upvote board populated with Hire-specific requests, I would advocate a separate Feature Upvote request within the Inspire board related to assessing non-candidates.
