Job Assessment 2.0 _ Need for Multi-Rater as well as robust

In 2.0, it is critical that the Job Assessment is not only multi-rater but closely represents the JA in 1.0... We sell by quoting "we have over 350 validity and reliability studies making the assessment EEOC fair. Nothing is EEOC compliant but our assessment has undergone the requirements to make this a fair pre-hire tool"......If we change the JA, then we take a huge risk of invalidating the validity and reliability studies that we quote. And if we go away from the science that has allowed us to use in pre-hire, then people will easily sell against us and we will be no different than DISC. We need to be careful tweaking anything that is linked to validity and reliability of the tool in hiring.
