Ability for stakeholders to receive Cognitive results the same as they do for Behavioral results

When a link is created that has stakeholders assigned to receive the results directly for any assessment takers, there is no way for the Cognitive results to be sent once completed the same as the Behavioral results are sent. Currently, the link owner has to manually send the Cognitive results to the stakeholders.
