Limit of 5 individuals for Collaborative Job Targeting
A limit of 5 individuals for a multi-rater JA (as it is in PI2) may be too limiting.

YES! Several clients have their management team complete a JA and see how aligned everyone is - typically 8-12 people. It is another value of the JA for understanding how the management tean see the role! -

MartelleWe would like option for (at least) the consultant to be able to send JA to more than 5 contributors – Trainings are often bigger than 5 people and we don’t want to have to send multiple JAs to cover the participants

Alison GrizzleI have a new client. The VP of People came from a company using PI... I was already prospecting with the executive team. She came on board and insisted adoption... YAY... BUT now she is furious about 2.0... She has hit me up about multiple things.... 1) one person for top performer.... 2) limited to 5 people when giving insights... 3) listing domains that are acceptable... the list goes on... But, this is a big one... She asked to be reverted to Legacy... I am trying to talk her off the bridge....

Tamra BoucherI have also had a new client express some frustration with the limitation of only 5 stakeholders on the collaborative target. I know we recommended 3-5 stakeholdrs in Legacy, but we did have the ability to add more for a total of 10. I had experiences collaborating on JTs with that number of stakeholders, and it could get challenging. However, I have had multiple clients express a wish for more than 5. Seven stakeholders might be a good compromise . . .
