Guidance on the types of interview questions to ask

It would be great to have some guidance for managers when adding interview questions. I would like to see an AI feature that tells them if the question may be illegal, inappropriate or not worded well. For example: "How old are you" should be flagged right away as illegal. "Do you know how to use Excel" should be flagged that better wording is suggested like "Tell me about your experience in using Excel"
