  There is no perfect top performer. It is extremely valuable for clients to see multiple top performers and look for the commonality in the role.

  It is really important to allow for multiple top performers as one person may be top but could also be that unique person who's self and self concept differ- the are a superstar but perhaps not base on self, - we need to pressure test ! Also the ability to add an exemplar into the conversation when you are developing a custom benchmark is huge. I use that feature in legacy all the time. Please put it back.

  People have no idea why they can only choose one of the top performers. There is not a perfect person, they want to see multiple performers and then have insights into it like they would when multiple people take a job assessment. Right now, I am having to use a workaround of having them go to group analytics. For every workaround, the system seems chunky, not user friendly and decreases adoption.

  In legacy, one is able to add multiple top performers into the job assessment process and that ability is very valuable. In 2, one is able to look at one top performer, but in order to be useful you really need to be able to see multiple top performers together. In that way, you can see if there is a true pattern vs one person who may actually be adjusting and using their self concept and not their self.

  I want to be able to combine current top performers into a job target that synthesizes all the inputs. I could do this in collaborative, but if they are current employees then I have to send them a new assessment, or manually input the data. The site already has this data so it should combine automatically.
