PI Profile thumbnails in Hire Job view
When viewing the candidates for a role we should include a thumbnail image of their self graph to this page. Clients should not be overly reliant on reference profiles or "fit score" but, should easily see the profile/self graph rather than needing to click in to each to see the actual self graph.

Agreed - both thumbnail and Reference Profile icon should be displayed in list view (for Hire, Inspire, etc. any time a list is being viewed) -

Rhonda HollowayYes at the Job Level too...In larger companies sometimes you have jobs with similar names and the Thumbnails or Reference Profiles can help to more quickly identify and Navigate the system.

KristiansIt would be a good idea to allow the user to select whether they want to see the reference profile or the self-graph. This is very similar to the functionality found on the person page where it says 'Behavioral pattern: *toggle button* show full descriptions.
