PI2 - Allow additional stakeholders to receive completion notifications for jobs.
Currently, when the assessment is sent from PI via email, only the job creator will receive a completion notification. In many instances, it would be ideal to have other stakeholders receive those notifications. This functionality already exists when sending the assessment via Link. It should be added to both options.

Recruiting teams need to be able to set notifications only to the team member that initiated the BA. Currently the only way to do that is to duplicate the Job Targets.
It worked well in Legacy. Not sure why we "fixed" it. -

Robbin Holman MergedCurrently, completed Assessments are automatically returned to JA owners. To redirect this return response, it is necessary to access each JA and identify the person/persons to receive completed assessments. It's a tedious task for clients with many JAs. This function also returns the completed assessment to ALL parties listed. There is no way to identify single recepients, as many clients employ several hiring managers who do not need to receive ALL completed assessments associated with a JA. They only need the responses of candidates that they sent assessment links to. In Legacy software ithe assessment sender was able to identify a single recipient of a completed assessment on the final "loop page" sending an assessment link.

Kim PaulsenThis is huge; there needs to be a way to assign another stakeholder to be notified instead of just the job creator. They are getting bombarded with completion emails and don't want that. How can we change that.

Shawne Kingsbury MergedBecause of security we can't use the open invitation link which we now are only able to send assessments out via Job Targets. The issue is we need more then 1 person in the organization to be able to receive notifications when an assessment is completed. By going through job targets with sending out assessment we don't have this capability anymore - causing delays in the hiring process.

Brian Gelt MergedThe original creator of the target is always notified of BA completion. As a partner, if I help set up a target, I get notified. I need to be able to change that to someone else.

Brian Gelt MergedTeams with multiple recruiters need to receive notification of THEIR candidates, not everyone's. Currently the only solution is to duplicate the job target. However, this splits the candidate pool.
We need a way to set notifications or have user specific links that are still attached to a target. -

Brian Gelt MergedLink notifications are enabled ONLY when the assessment link is used. If the candidate is sent an assessment directly through the software, only the Job Owner is notified - even is someone else sent the assessment.
The notification settings should apply regardless of how the assessment is sent. -

Tamra Boucher MergedWe have the ability to edit/customize the assessment link for a position, and that is great. If a client copies the link for a job and sends candidates a link, those notification settings from the link are followed. However, if a candidate is sent the BA by using the "add candidate" feature from the Hiring Center, the notification settings are not followed. This does not make sense. Notifications should be consistent - regardless of the method used to send the candidate the BA. When a client edits those notification settings, it is because that is how they want a BA handled all of the time for that specific job. Notifications should not be dependent upon whether the candidate receives an invitation from the software app or from a representative of the company. Thank you.

Lisa KinseyClients need the ability to set notifications by software user without having to go into each job to review notifications for 50+ jobs. Or they need a report they can download to view settings so they know what needs to be updated/edited.
