PLEASE add back the "Show/Hide Cognitive Data" button!
The decision to REMOVE the "show/hide cognitive data" button has now made it VERY DIFFICULT for any leader with cognitive data access to use the PI system in front of other team members?
This is going to represent a problem for a leader who DOES have access when doing a meeting for others as the data will show on their screen! So basically we are saying, anyone with cognitive data can't do meetings in the software or use it to coach while using the system live.
I have spent years saying, "Never share cognitive scores with team members or untrained managers as people make uninformed decisions or misinformed judgements based on numbers alone without understanding what the assessment means (especially in relation to the demands of the job)." Now, we are putting people in the position of revealing numbers anytime they are using the system in the presence of anyone else.
Please reconsider or provide the documentation that keeps clients safe from litigious situations. Thank you.

Katelyn MergedFor part-time, entry-level roles that we do not intend to use the CA for, there should be an option for Admins to disable the cognitive target portion of the Job. This would also be helpful if there was an incorrect cognitive target migrated from Legacy that can be "turned off" while hiring leaders and HR collaborate on a correct cognitive target.
