Bring back match scores
Not using the same rating scale for behavioral and cognitive fit is a miss pointed out by PI2 prospects who were former Legacy users. Additionally, the PI2 fit ratings don't even mirror the fit ratings in Legacy. For example, a cog target of 240 and a candidate with a 240 cog is a strong fit in PI2 (would have been a 10 match score) and a candidate with a 220 cog (would have been an 8 match score) is a moderate fit in PI2. Match scores of 8-10 were all green/strong in Legacy, so the 220 score should be coded as a strong fit in PI2.

Alex Tompkins AdminThank you for the suggestion. We do not have plans to update the rating scale in PI2. However, we are taking your feedback on the coloring back to our UX team.

ScottI agree that this was a MAJOR step in the wrong direction. I recently had someone score 10 points lower than target on the cognitive and they were marked "moderate fit". It's misleading. Also, without numbers you can't create a composite score. The old system would let you rank 50/50 or how you chose. You could determine if you thought one assessments deserved more weight than the other.
