Improve the format of the reports

Currently, the reports have a lot of blank space on them and format poorly. I know the intention is to try to keep people in the software as much as possible however, users are accustomed to having professional PDF downloads of 1 to 2 pages per report.

Example: the Management Skills Guide (formerly Manager Development chart) is 4 pages with tons of blank space where it used to be 2 pages. It's verbatim the same info as legacy just poorly formatted).
