To add additional context, client want to be able to sort by "completion date". It is something they find to be a critical feature in legacy to manage admin of the assessments. -

Alex Tompkins AdminThis is available in the software for Inspire and added to the Backlog for Hire. As you're probably aware, it is available in the download but not yet in the software. That is what has been added to the backlog.

MegganHere is another use case: when the same person completes a BA more than once (e.g., using both work and personal emails, or from a migration from legacy software), the results show as duplicates. Sometimes, one result remains in Hire, while another is in Inspire. Because completion dates are not visible in the software, the only way to confirm the date is by downloading each report. This creates two issues: duplicate records that cannot easily be reconciled and a lack of visibility into Self-Concept data dates. The Self-Concept results have a shelf life of 6 months, and to use the data responsibly, it should be prominently displayed on the person's profile. These changes would reduce manual effort, prevent the use of expired results, and ensure data integrity.

Could we add a column to the individual jobs to show when a candidate completed the assessment (and make it sortable). Right now it only shows last modified.
