BA Report: Bulk Downloading and Sending

When printing employee materials it would be so helpful to be able to download all reports as one attachment and not individual items as a zip file.

We need easy ways to administer in bulk, for example the option to download several BA or CA reports at a time (ideally also the option to download them individually, one at a time, not one long file), generating interview guides in bulk and so on.

Lots of orgs print out their reports for in-person events or engagements they do internally. It's a time suck to have to do this manually. Plus it was a feature in legacy, we really shouldn't be releasing new product that doesn't have the old functionality :)
