Detailed JOB Reports
The Job Report in 1.0 is one of the most helpful tools for clients and for us when we sell. It is one of our main features, very useful for job ads, and for clarifications on what the job actually is about.

The inability to factor Cognitive into the match seems to take away from the 32% CA contribution to Job Performance. -

ArnieHR personnel I work with love this feature because it saves them time in having to create a job ad/ description from scratch.... they use the PI data as a base for the ads, etc...

Melanie WoodPlease consider including the "job report" in PI2. Here are comments posted in the PI 2 webinar: "The job report is also a great "doublecheck" that the target is correctly set. Agree, this deserves updates all around". "Please everyone ask for the return of the job report, it is key to getting agreement when there is real disagreement". "Yes, the job report is very helpful to getting stakeholders on the same page, especially if the stakeholder group is larger than 5 people". "The job report is a great way to make sure the stakeholders stay on the same page when interviewing".

Beth FrielThe Job Report is absolutely essential to setting a target. The target is often generated by Recruiting or HR. Getting Hiring managers or others to fill out the job assessment is a challenge both because they don't view it as essential and because emails coming from PI often go to spam. I often have HR create two different targets, download the job report from each then have Hiring managers choose which one is more accurate or highlight things that need to be changed. Without the report, input will be severely limited.

Josh wellsThe job report is an extremely important part of the job targeting process. The ability to share out the report internally creates alignment and a reminder of what they agreed they were looking for in their hires. Almost all of my clients use this report as a fundamental tool in their hiring process.

Randy VosbergThe Job Report needs to be added to PI2. The job report is a valuable tool for keeping hiring stakeholders on the same page when interviewing. I have clients who print the job report and hand it to anyone who will be interviewing a candidate. Sometimes, the job report also serves as a gut check to ensure that the job target is correct. There may be verbiage in the Job Report that stakeholders do not agree with, so the job target needs to be reconsidered.

Bobbi KellyPlease consider including a job report/summary for all job targets in PI2. It seems like the insights on the job target do not currently capture the nuance of factor combinations which are incredibly important. I am anxious that we have simplified this to a point where the in depth power of our tool is being lost. Many of my clients use the summary to help them write powerful job descriptions and postings. Please consider bringing back the job report if that is not currently on the roadmap. Additionally, I have had many agreement meetings with clients go off the rails when we look simply at the overall descriptions and reference profiles... they aren't specific enough and can cause confusion.

Melissa OrtizLosing the Job Report is extremely frustrating. My clients use this to validate that their target is set properly. :(

kathleen teehanThis feature is incredibly popular for smaller clients who are building out their job descriptions. In fact, in the Hire 50pp subscriptions it is a big selling feature.

Jill BegOn the Cognitive Job Target, not having visibility to the number attempted and number correct and the breakdown between Verbal/Numeric and Abstract is a huge loss. Different jobs require different skills in the three of these. Someone might attempt 15 and get 15 right and still get a low score. Without understanding the breakdown, we are not getting the total picture. If the person is a call center rep and they are strong on verbal but weak on numeric and abstract and that is not required, we are only seeing part of the picture. Clients are going to not like this and like to see the breakdown. No point in having it at all if don't know what areas of the assessment are needed and what they have.

scottThe job summary should be added to pi2. it's very impactful and helps our clients create the job posting. then we could run their entire job posting through the job ad optimizer.

CTSThe job report is critical to designing job descriptions for candidates and for currently filled roles, especially when there's underperformance issue.

Andy FoyThis is the feature that hooked me into PI. The full job report needs to be in PI2. Its critical in helping Recruiters write JD's and compare candidates to roles.

Alex Tompkins AdminThe New Job reports are available within the "Job Target" tab once you've navigated into a job. It's on the lower left hand navigation.
