Adjustments to Stakeholders sections in Job Target

Add "Send Again" option for Cg when Managing Stakeholders in Job Target. Right now, a client has to set up a duplicate Job Assessment or set up one stakeholder twice if the person doesn't complete both behavioral and cognitive portions of the JA at once. Either way, it has the potential of mixing up data and makes a client backtrack from progress.

Additionally, it would be ideal if the date the stakeholder completed the survey was included in the columns under "Contributors to Include".

Would be great if they are re-targetting a role to see the date a Job Assessment was complete so they dont confuse 2 entries.
