Folder Access and Dashboard Information

Clients wishing to give Read Only access are sometimes concerned about what an Employee might see on the Dashboard when logging in. While they would only see BAs recently completed if they are in the folder they have access to, they will see a list of recent job activity positions (although they can't access the data behind each one if it's put in a folder they don't have access to.). It's also a bit confusing that it's not clear that users will always have access to the Main folder. So any assessments, jobs, etc. that weren't allocated to another folder can be viewed by someone who may have access to a folder one level down - e.g. a Current Employees folder. It says..."That means that if we wanted this user to only have access to one of the folders here from the Employees folder then we would only select that subfolder."
