Cognitive on Job Target in 2.0

When you set a Job Target, you actively need to add CA - this should be automatically included and not just something you add as an afterthought

Agreed. My clients are skipping this incredibly important aspect unknowingly in the setup. Then are frustrated that they can't send a cognitive assessment .... not realizing it's because there's not cognitive TARGET set up.

From the client, this step is incredibly unintuitive and causing issues with clients. Direct quote from the client:

"In fully transparency, yes, the software has been frustrating to use since the transition. I don’t mind working through the learning curve, and generally I see the value in setting targets, but it feels overly prescriptive to lock users out of accessing information about their candidates."
