2.0 review of candidate fit to job
You now have to click into the person page to see the candidate's alignment with the job - it's useful to see the job target with a list of the candidates underneath, and the option to overlay the candidates profile with the job target on the job page, as in 1.0

In the new version, they make it MUCH MORE difficult to do the most basic task of the job, assessing someone's fit for the job.
In the prior version, you could click a checkbox next to the person's name and immediately see how the person's behavioral profile and cognitive profile stacked up to what was desired. You could toggle between people by unclicking one and checking another. The current version requires you to click into the record and then click job fit. If you want cognitive, it requires ANOTHER click. There is no reason to bury this information. -

Amy MergedThis is a great feature from 1.0. Having the list of candidates and using the visual to be able to quickly compare their BA to the target is extremely helpful to my clients. Please consider adding this functionality to 2.0

Arnie MergedCan we keep the ability to overlay/compare different candidates over a Job Target and in one place? We used to be able to do this in legacy, and currently it seems we have to navigate back and forth from individual pages. This makes this essential feature too cumbersome. The ability to compare candidates back and forth with one click, in the same screen is essential in candidate selection conversations.

Melissa OrtizFor clients moving from Legacy to PI2 this has been extremely frustrating. If the overlay option for ALL candidates on the job target was something they could access rather than viewing each candidate individually, it would save a lot of time and irritation.
