2.0 modules don't work together
It seems that the modules in 2.0 are not interactive - they seem to work completely independently of each other. How do you add an employee or candidate to a team without inviting them to that module (this is not necessary), how do you see a job that an employee is linked with in Inspire etc. Is there a plan for a better link and ability to see data across modules if a user has access to more than one?

Agree here. There are many ways that inspire and design tools at value adds in the hiring process, why take customization away from client who invest in all the modules? -

RhondaI understand you want the value metrics independent, but when clients truly embrace TO, and they have Hire, Inspire, and Design, they may want to see how two different candidates might impact the team. That can be part of the decision-making process for a high-impact Hire.

Beth FrielMy clients regularly create teams with potential candidates to see how they will impact the team. As we always say 'if you add a team member to an existing team, it becomes a new team'. This would be a huge problem if clients can't add candidates to teams.

Jon ZulawskiBuilding on Beth's comment, it also seems that when an employee is added to a team, they automatically receive an email letting them know they've been added to the team and inviting them to log in to the software, EVEN when they don't have an actual user account. So that's one problem. The other is that there should be control over notifications so that managers can explore changes to teams without the individuals being notified. Having that notification go out automatically really limits managers' ability to play with and explore different team compositions, including using the tool to explore the behavioral tendencies of actual or potential project teams.

Alison GrizzleI completely understand the modules working separate from each other and not having crossover from an economics profile. It is critical that certain insights get unlocked with purchase. I love that you must have Inspire to unlock certain reports and you must have Hire to have job insights. HOWEVER, when people pay to unlock multiple modules, they expect them to be able to work together. All 3 star matches are not equal with respect to the gaps and the consequences of the gaps.... So, if a person is interviewing two three star candidates, being able to see some of the reports in Inspire such as blindspots, management tips, and relationship guides is critical. Some people pay for both modules so that managers can have a full picture of the candidate and what it would look like to manage that particular person. As people add modules, they should be able to jump between them seamlessly.

Sheena BurtAbsolutely. We need the ability to see how a candidate impacts the dynamics of an existing team. Our clients use this feature frequently during the hiring process, as they have invested in Hire, Inspire, and Design, and require that functionality and insight prior to making a hiring decision.
