PI2 Interview Guide Custom Questions by Job
We love the ability to add custom questions to the PI2 interview. It would be great to have those custom questions on the Job Level to allow for consistency on questions that might not even be PI related, more briefcase relate.

Rhonda Holloway MergedCurrently, in 2.0, you can add Custom Questions to the Interview Builder. However, they seem to be saved only for one candidate. It would be nice to be able to add custom questions at the Job level so that clients have a single source for all their interview questions.

SuzyIt would also create consistency in the interviewing team to ensure you're not duplicative in your efforts, covering all bases, etc.

Mike SaiaGiving the ability for admins to input a set of custom questions that all their hiring panels are using for all jobs would allow for less work on the user end and more consistency for the hiring teams (examples would be THREADS questions). Hiring managers should still be able to add any additional questions they'd like to dig in on that are not represented in either set of questions

Joan MarshallThis is something my clients have asked about and it will allow them to enter questions for a specific job only once. Very important feature!

Lisa KinseyClients want the ability to add customer interview questions at the Job level so this is consistent across the board and questions do not have to be added per candidate. This saves the client time and creates consistency.
