Can we make sigma lines in Hire Target more visible? Not just at the bottom

The sigma lines are just small notches at the very bottom of the Hire Target. Can these please be made a bit more visible?

This is especially needed on the job targets. It helps to be able to see the 10ths in between sigmas.

I agree. It is very difficult to make nuanced changes in the way it is currently set up, and for all of us over 50 the super small target is difficult to read

The sigmas are too narrow as well...
