Allowing Hire-only clients to see the full Snapshot and Behavioral Report for their Employees
In PI2, Hire-only clients will not be able to see the behavioral graph or the behavioral report for their Employees (they will only be able to see these resources for their Candidates). While I understand that Inspire is an Employee-centric module, there are many clients who only use Hire and wish to maintain their Employees' behavioral reports. This will greatly hinder our sales and renewal process for clients who are not interested in the full Inspire-module, and will not see the value in upgrading. While I understand PI's perspective here, I think this will lead to fewer renewals for Hire-only clients in the long run, and will lead to significant pushback with Hire-only clients when they are upgraded to PI2 and realize their functionality has actually been downgraded.

I can't imagine trying to teach a Decode Behaviors & Predict Candidate Success Hire workshop without having access to the clients' full graphs. -

Teri KinsellaWe keep being told that we won't lose any functionality with PI2 and this is one case where this is a huge loss. If people are paying for Hire only, they deserve to see all of the info they currently have and for which they are paying. This is one area where I feel the need to say, in the strongest possible terms, if this is not corrected, we will lose these clients. Very frequently Hire only clients eventually buy Inspire and even Design. Let's not lose that opportunity.

Alex Tompkins AdminThank you for the comment. We are deeming this suggestion as “Out of Scope”. There are no plans to bring in Employee resources into Hire. We do have plans to make the workflows between the modules more efficient, but Hire is going to stay the candidate centric module and Inspire for Employees.

Jonathan Seitz2.0 is clearly designed to provide fewer features at a higher cost to the consumer. Very poor customer service from a very dedicated base of supporters.

Marianne (Mea) AustinI agree with the comment above. You should be able to see the full BA - all three graphs - once you move them to "employee" status. As a previous Culture Index employee, it was previously easy to compete with them. The changes made by dividing up the modules and limiting functions like seeing the entire employee profile makes it very difficult to compete. They have updated their software. They allow you all the tools that we now have to sell separately and we are not longer competitive in pricing.
