Allow Relationship Guide in Hire for clients that have Hire AND Inspire
The relationship guide is a valuable hiring tool especially at the senior levels. There is currently no access to this tool in Hire. For those clients that have both H & I, all tools should be available.

Hire should have access to the relationship guide so candidates can be compared to their Hiring Manager. -

Becca VanDerveerInterestingly, I was meeting with a client today and noticed how in legacy, the job page even prompts folks to view the 1:1 relationship guide when evaluating candidates.

Mike KuenziWe've had nearly all of our clients comment on this feature within hours of playing in their new software. The ability to run relationship guides and analytics between modules is essential for understanding manager and team fit...just as vital as match score! Thank you

Alison GrizzleWhen people pay for multiple modules they should be able to use the functionality in multiple modules when trying to make informed people decisions. The relationship guide for candidates when people pay for inspire also help to generate additional questions during the interview.

Barry Shulman MergedProspects and clients constantly want to see what happens if they hire a candidate, and PI doesn't work that way anymore. Why must clients "game the system" by turning a candidate into an employee just to see the Team Dynamics in Design or how a candidate will be with a supervisor or peer?

Becca VanDerveerAny update to this? A legacy client I spoke to today said they will be incredibly disappointed if they cannot use all of the feature that they have paid for in the new system.

Alex Tompkins Admin MergedHi Barry - I'm going to merge this with a similar topic around the relationship guide. It's important to note that you can add candidates to a Team in Design as long as design is owned.

Jill BergMany clients use the Relationship Guide during the hiring process and offer to understand how the Manager and the Employee will interact and work together. This is an important component and should be available in Hire.

Becca VanDerveerAnother client today messaged me saying this feature is critical for their use. Please consider creating a way to use relationship guides. Nearly 100% of clients I've spoken to since upgrade have request this feature be added back.

Clayton RamseyI have multiple clients who utilize Interview Guides, Relationship Guides, and Team Discovery during pre-hire. One client in particular has codified the Relationship Guide into the direct manager's hiring process -- they're required to review it prior to making a final decision, and promptly put it into action during onboarding. If we're asking the user to mark a candidate as "hired" in order to go in and grab the Relationship Guide in PI2, it creates extra steps, friction, and confusion, further highlighting the disconnect between modules (which we tout as seamless and integrated).

Shannon ColbertAn upgraded client of ours is requesting this feature be added back into the PI2 software. She has been moving candidates over to Inspire to get the relationship guide and therefore creates an inaccurate Employee directory with both candidates and employees mixed together. A new PI2 client also moved candidates into Inspire to view the relationship guide and they now cannot remove these candidates from Inspire without anonymizing their data from the software. This further emphasizes the need for this feature in Hire. Please provide an update.

Brian GeltI cannot stress strongly enough how critical this is for my clients!!! It's the first request from every upgraded client who has both modules.

Laurie Sharp MergedIt would be good to be able to use relationship guides for candidates and current employees. Not being able to see how a candidate would work with team members is taking away what used to be a useful tool.

Erik HermanI've been complainging since the beginning and have 8 clients continually asking me when it is coming back! PI Support tells me it is biased and unfair to use it. Really? Clients already look at the candidate and managers PI already, they use the PI Job Target, and they actually look at the candidates PI to make a decision! I have a feeling this is a software limitation where HIRE tools cannot engage with INSPIRE tools and vice versa. PLEASE BRING THE ABILITY FOR INSPIRE CLIENTS TO USE THE PI RELATIONSHIP GUIDE WITH CANDIDATES!!

Veronica Colbert - CSM, MindWireOur clients NEED access to the relationship guide inside of the Hire module. This is a question that arises with EVERY SINGLE CLIENT MIGRATION from Legacy to PI2, and our hiring managers with organizations are not happy that they cannot access this. Please, bring it back!!!!

HeroEvery client who has been upgraded asks why this feature is unavailable. Please add the relationship guide to the Hire module! Hiring managers use this when considering between two candidates and thinking about onboarding to a new team/manager. This also solves for if an admin has not yet updated a candidate to an an employee, etc etc

Erik HermanClients are EXTREMELY angry! It is a strategic resource for clients and the manager to prepare them on how to manage and work with the employee and how they will interact with the team. It is based on looking at two "scientifically validated" PI BAs; so why can't it be used???

MegganClients expect access to Relationship Guides for both candidates and employees when they use Hire and Inspire together. Instead, they hit walls. They cannot open the guide in Hire, so they mark candidates as hired to see the report. After that, they leave them marked as employees because the only way back to candidate status requires archiving and re-entering candidate information. The org upload can clean up employee data, but they would still need to re-enter candidate data. PI2 should give clients confidence that migrating was an upgrade. Instead, they are questioning the investment, especially given the extra time and effort required to access the tools they use.

Beth FrielPlease add this asap. It is the #1 request from all converted clients. It was the best way to get them to add Inspire in Legacy and now that has been taken away.

Joe Kirschbaum AdminThe ability to run a relationship guide with a candidate is now live in PI2. From a candidate record in Hire, a Relationship Guide option is available in the left menu. Users can select an existing employee and run a relationship guide with the candidate. In order to run a relationship guide, the client must be a paying user of Inspire. Additionally, the user in Hire running the relationship guide needs to be Inspire user. If the user is not an Inspire user, they will still see the Relationship Guide option in the menu but it will not be accessible. A screenshot has been provided to show where the Relationship Guide feature can be found within the candidate record.
