Hire 2.0 - Folders for "prioritized" or interviewed candidates, as well as jobs
Client is asking for a way to create a folder for the candidates they interviewed or are prioritizing. The bookmark and sorting feature only goes so far. Also it would be helpful to have folders for the candidates and corresponding job target for which they are applying.

Thank you for the comment. We are deeming this suggestion as “Out of Scope”. There are no plans to utilize folders in PI2 for organizing candidates.
We have noted the need for more organization/prioritization of jobs/candidates. -

RhondaI understand you want to avoid folders in 2.0, and I'm not opposed to it, but I agree clients need a way to organize their data. If they are embracing TO a candidate may have applied for one job where they weren't a match but perhaps they will be for another job. They want to keep up with that person for future opportunities or they are high volume and just need to better keep up with where they are,

Ann E NortonThe ability for my clients to establish folders in 2.0 keeps coming up. they want to be able to move candidates for example to a folder for "not selected". Right now the only option is "hire".

Alison GrizzleThe current format makes managing the database of candidates a nightmare for my clients. It is hard to understand where people are in the funnel. I am glad we can finally search by behavioral fit and date... that is a huge help.... But, it is still a bit clunky
