Candidates Who Apply for Multiple Jobs Show Up in All

Currently you need to pick which job they show up under. If I have a candidate who has applied for multiple open positions, it makes it much more difficult when you have to keep transferring them back and forth.

Yes would be nice to associate a candidate to more than one job at a time. In so many organizations it's not a 1:1 relationship. It would also reinforce the adoption of a Talent Optimization mentality, in that someone might not be a fit for one job but could be a great fit for another.
