Candidates Who Apply for Multiple Jobs Show Up in All
Currently you need to pick which job they show up under. If I have a candidate who has applied for multiple open positions, it makes it much more difficult when you have to keep transferring them back and forth.

RhondaYes would be nice to associate a candidate to more than one job at a time. In so many organizations it's not a 1:1 relationship. It would also reinforce the adoption of a Talent Optimization mentality, in that someone might not be a fit for one job but could be a great fit for another.

Scott B MergedWhen an internal employee applies for a job, it disconnects them from their current role and maps them to the new role. Need a way to keep them in the current job role and be able to connect them to the job.

Rhonda HollowayAdding on here: Speaking to a client with many recruiters, they are excited that PI2 will allow them to grant Job access to different recruiters, not to restrict what they see but rather to focus their work. Why filter through ALL jobs when only a handful are your responsibility. The issue becomes that many candidates will apply to more than one job at the same organization, especially in a tighter job market.
This scenario:
Suzy Queue applies to "Job XYZ" with Recruiter Jane and completes a BA and CA. Then two weeks later Susy Queue applies for "Job LMNOP" with Recruiter Mark. Jane's "Job XYZ" is not shared with Mark and Mark's "Job LMNOP" is not shared with Suzy. When Mark goes to send the assessment from the PI2 software to Suzy as the applicant for his "Job LMNOP" he won't see that she has already completed an assessment associated to another job because he doesn't have access to the Job to which she applied. Now we have a negative candidate exp & DUPLICATES.
This is a problem. -

Pernille Flensted-Jensen MergedHow do we deal with a candidate applying for more than one position? E.g. a way to ‘copy’ their assessments or the like?

Vanessa PasterOrganizations that have high volume positions with 1000s of applicants a year need a better way to manage this. Manually moving candidates to a revised or new type of role (like different types of drivers) is unwieldy. Consider having the candidate attached in both places if they validate with the same email address and BID when responding via the subsequent role's BA link.
