Add ability for Admin to "lock" Job Targets
Our large clients with tens/hundreds of software users have been requesting the ability for Admins and Owners to lock certain Job Targets at a global level so that other users cannot edit them. These are "master" profiles that have been set using top performer analytics and other methods for positions that are hired throughout the organization.

Agree that this is a needed feature, I have seen people change the Job Target, when they find a candidate they like, so they are a better fit. -

ClaytonFollow up to this suggestion... the other way to look at this would be on the User Management side to remove the ability to create or edit Jobs from regular users.

RhondaAgree to either option. It looks like it might be fixed in 2.0, but then again, I am not sure. We had a client where the hiring manager would manipulate the job target to fit the candidate he wanted. At first, I think in 2.0, that would be fixed, but then again, the hiring manager probably has to have access to the Job in order to get the Interview Guide....not sure

Alexis FinleyThis is very important-- if they invest the time to set the target, and someone goes in and changes it.. they won't even know changes were made.

Vinaya MergedThe clients sometime faces issue of someone changing the job target unilaterally or for fitting the candidates. So there are 2 suggestions:
1. Ability to lock the job targets, may be only account owners can modify it once locked option is initiated.
2. A log of which user modified the job targets over time. -
