Develop Version of the CA to Complete Via Phone

I know we generally don't recommend taking the CA via a phone or other small-screen device, but the reality is that lots of applicants do that (and it probably won't be fewer in the future). Please consider developing a version that's suitable for phones (e.g. a rotate screen feature or the like).
