There is currently no option to amend the range for a factor in the job target - will this be reintroduced?

Wide patterns are getting too negatively impacted from score perspective. I have a 2 standard deviation high A and B and a 3 standard deviation low C.... When you can't intentionally extend the target to capture a wider pool, then wide patterns are always 3 stars, which is not representative of the pool.... So I have people overlooking wider captains and persuaders when they have a narrower captain pattern set. AND, there are even worse fits scoring higher bc they are closer to the set target, even though they are on the other side of the midpoint. -

Kaileen MergedProspects are interested in being able to 'drag & drop' factors on a smaller level that matches some of the preset targets they see.
Prospects are also interested in making some of the job target boxes wider than others to make a larger range -

Beth FrielA job target is a 'best guess' that, by the nature of work, needs to be revisited at times. You may set one, especially for a new role, then find that top performers are different from the initial guess. The inability to refine or modify a target is a giant handicap.

BV MergedAdd back 1/5 of sigma lines to the graphs in PI2. Particularly for teaching the workshop and teaching factor combos, having a way to measure with a high level of specificity is important.

kathleen teehanA factor that has no correlation to performance should be expressed in the Job Target with a wider range. This indicates that a high or low expression of the factor can be effective in the role. Forcing the factor to be within on SD is not scientifically accurate.

Damon Clark MergedParticularly for clients with larger applicant volumes and narrow benchmarks, the job target can often capture a large volume of good-fit applicants. However, when analyzing the fit, candidates are not a close match to the target. Due to the volume of candidates, clients are often reliant on the number score. Using a 1/2 sigma target allows for a more accurate spread on the numbered results.
