Open Invitations Links for Cognitive Assessment
Being able to create an OI link to send just the cognitive assessment.

ClaytonThis feature would enable clients to use the CA with a candidate population that doesn't readily have access to email, or who has limited access to technology.

Alison GrizzleI understand that this is on "will not do"..... however, as you start to deal with more and more companies that block our emails for security reasons, we will need to be able to generate links. Many of the PI emails (Job assessment, behavioral assessment, cognitive assessment) not only go to spam but get put in quarantine and never let out. As people increase their security games, then the way we are able to deliver assessments

Angela LoweryWe need a Cognitive Assessment link, like the Behavior. I use a third part Careerplug, through ADP. For this hiring process I advance candidates on to the next step. The Behavior link is great as I have inserted it into the template. However, not being able to do this with the Cognitive portion slows down the process.

Doug Johns MergedWe like to separate the behavioral and cognitive assessments to two different points in the hiring process. Our experience shows that candidates are more likely to complete the cognitive if we engage with them afte reviewing their resume and behavioral fit, positioning the cognitive as a remaining step before an interview. Although we can hit the "send cognitive" button after alerting the candidate through other communication channels, it would be much cleaner to paste a link in our outbound message. We like to prepare the candidate with a good not "selling" the reason for cognitive and also giving some instructions - such as, emphasizing that it should be done on a large screen and not a phone and that investing in a practice round increases familiarity of the format and therefore gives more accurate results. The default PI message that comes with the cognitive assessment is not compelling.
