Sarah Tyreman MergedIt would be great if clients could more easily access their usage stats via the Software - we get regular requests for an update on how many assessments each user has sent out on a monthly basis. The CSV file doesn't give them this information quickly without them having to sort and calculate the data - and this isn't always easy to do as the date field doesn't always download in the same format. It's also quite time consuming for larger clients. They would like something quick and easy to use - more of an at a glance summary.

Pernille Flensted-JensenWe are frequently asked by clients how many assessment they have used in a given period and which users used what. It would be great if they could track that themselves.

Ronda Robinson MergedAdd more analytics for the Account Owner and Admin to view in the client dashboards such as:
- % of BA/ CA sent versus completed
- ranking of top users
- % of module use
While we can access some of this in DOMO, we can empower our champions to keep a pulse on usage and help substantiate the ROE (return on expectations) of their investment.
PI promotes making decisions based on data, not opinions, so lets arm them with more data than potential competitors can and amplify our role as business partners. -

Clayton RamseyThis is important for our large and enterprise clients with multiple business segments to be able to allocate budget/spending. It would also be nice to include tool usage -- similar to the DOMO dashboards -- as assessment use doesn't always tell the whole story.

Client would like to run some PI reports to gather metrics around number of assessments sent to candidates, number of assessments taken, etc.
Client is looking to track metrics and build out ratios (how many assessments were sent, how many took the assessment, how many fit the profile, how many did we interview etc). Client wants to track this data weekly and summarize in excel form. -

Sarah WrightWe've had more feedback from clients on the type of usage stats that they would like to access themselves - generally, they would like a dashboard whereby they can choose to review usage by Assessment/Report/Feature, and they would like to be able to specify the date criteria to review usage over a time period of their choice - yearly, monthly, quarterly etc.
Their more specific request relates to the Job Targets and managing their candidates - they want an easy way to review who has applied most recently, how many applications they are getting for a specific job over a specific time period (of their choosing from filters) but they would also like an easy way to review their candidates for a number of different jobs more easily - for a large client who may be managing a large number of open roles at any one time, it is really cumbersome to have to download the csv of candidates per job, and then sort by date -not as easy as it should be with the formatting of the date field in the csv
