Cognitive Assessment Auto Follows Behavioral (Based on Link Set Up)
If the assessment link is configured to include the cognitive assessment, the behavioral assessment should automatically go to the cognitive when complete. It is important to our business process that applicants take BOTH the behavioral AND cognitive assessments. The current options for implementing the cognitive assessment encourage applicant drop-off as demonstrated by our high completion rates of the behavioral assessment and low completion rates of the cognitive assessment.

Agree, the cognitive assessment gets missed by most assessment takers (even those that score high on attention to detail!). I think this is a flaw in the system flow as candidates expect they are done when they are not prompted in PI do do the next step. According to candidates the email generated gets lost. This slows the hiring process because we often have to follow up with candidates to complete it. I recommend when the behavioral assessment is done, a popup allows them to either complete the cognitive now or save for later. Then they know that they are not done. -

Melissa OrtizI've had this request from at least 5 clients. The cognitive invite gets lost in email spam and slows down the hiring process.
